Ignore the long press of hardware power button

mga brad kinsay kabalo mo ignore or disable sa long press sa hardware power button? pero maka power up siya. one pulse lang siya per push para igo maka power up. if i hold ang power button ignore lang niya ang power down.

nag search ko ni google, found out nga ACPI sa BIOS ra maka bohat ani. pero wala configuration para ani kong naa man pwede patabang.

if possible man using circuit, kinsay maka todlo nako. gusto nako 12vdc akong supply gikan sa separate power supply.

reason to do this, para ma prevent ang long press power button after use sa coin operated.

I try already, ma force shutdown gihapo sya

naa na sa bios bai. i found mine sa bios - powerbutton - long press ako settings.

gusto nako if long press dili ma force shutdown or turn off instantly, wala ni sa BIOS settings or ACPI

kong hardcode ang solution software section na segro. kong circuit electronics na ni nga problem.

dako kaayo ni tabang mga brad if ma solusyonan.

hehe.. kung ingon ana gyud ka importante... i- Wake on Lan nalang imong PC then disable nalang fully ang power button boss. hehehe
using pulse signal sa network.. then enable wake on lan feature sa pc. just sayin,...

define power button and turn on password protection

when i press the power button : DO NOTHING
