    i see what you mean,

you do believe in cause and effects right? i think ang gapasabut ana bai kay mga sala(binuhatan sa previous generations)
nga ning resulta ngadto sa present generation pina agi sa pagkabuta atong maong tao. (mao nang naa tay gitawag run ug healing of the Family Tree)
    not necessarily reincarnation.

It shows, God's mercy and justice..please refer to Exodus 34:6-7

And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.”

would you agree? nga sa atong pag abusar karun? posible nga atong mga inosenteng apo puhon
ang mapiskan or maka sinati sa kalisud.

one example is not taking care of our bodies, for example grabeh kaayo ta ka abusado sa pagkaon...
esp kadtong mga pagkaon nga maka cause daw ug cancer cells..
now it has been studied that the abnormality on the cells can be passed on to the next generations

another example hehehe, kanang pagabusar sa atong kwarta(blessing man gihapun na)
atong anak di nuon nato mapa eskwela ug wa tay mabilin nga bahandi nila...

mao nay rason nga there is a reason for everything.. kung pobre ta karon, naa pud ubang life nga dato ta.. ug ang atong progress sa atong soul.. which never dies.. whether muabante or muatras.. depende ra jud nato.. kay naa man tay Free will..

using our freewill, how can we learn and choose the righteous path if we can't remember the mistakes we did in our past lives?

in this life bai, you'll see uncontended and bitter but rich people while contended and happy but poor people.
you don't need to reincarnate to appreciate life's lessons. awakening in gratefulness to God and Love for others is just what it takes.

speaking of cleansing of the soul bai,

after reading about reincarnation, you may wanna counter it up with the CAtholic Church's teaching
about purgatory and indulgence. at least you would have options.

of course kita mga Catholics we know about purgatory and indulgence, but the teaching is very very deep.
and if dili pud ta magdukiduki ug maayo bahin sa purgatoryo ug indulhensiya esp when we talk about
soul cleansing, lagmit adto jud ta sa reincarnation punta.

not to confuse with salvation ha, Jesus saved us from eternal damnation on the cross
though saved we still make mistakes but will not condemn us in His mercy
while God being all merciful He also is the God of Justice
and as per scripture that nothing defiled shall enter heaven...
asa man kaha ta ibutang ani run?
you say reincarnation? i believe the Catholic teaching says purgatory.

healing of family tree master actually serves many purpose
a prayer for those deceased loved ones that might still be in purgatory is the main one
mga na inherit nga possible effects sa ilang sala nga madala nato sa atong generation...
not necessarily the SIN but the EFFECTS of sin nga mingresulta sa upbringing, mga kinaiyahan...etc
it is somewhat praying to God for the breaking of spiritual bondages that physically manifested
or to endure justice whatever God wills.

Baptism on the other hand is earning your right as a child of God through Jesus
and claiming His forgiveness on the cross and takes away the ultimate wage of sin which is death(eternal damnation).

    OT:

It's funny how people barely notice how all throughout time God loves, gives us a multitude of chances for good, allows us to commit even the filthiest sins, and yet never held us in perpetual contempt for any of our mistakes. We all deserve to suffer and die. The world deserves to end in oblivion.

Going back to the Garden of Eden when our first parents sinned, it was God who called them first, not the other way around. And we're quick to coin the words blame and imperfection. In retrospect, did He really create these two? I don't think so. But I'm sure He created freewill which we've frequently used and abused. Does He want us to suffer in the eternal fire? Absolutely not. But I've lived long enough to see some people choose to live in chaos and allow their loved ones to do the same by the everyday choices they make.

By now I can concur that the most painful thing to happen to any mortal being is to not exist. I think one just has to get to know Him better through Scripture and guidance by His Holy Spirit before drawing any conclusions.
