Rep. Gullas, who’s running for mayor in Talisay City, secured more than P400 million in pork barrel funds from Rep. Tomas Osmeña of Cebu City’s south district for the road widening project.

Pablo John, who was endorsed by Gullas’s Alayon Party as their gubernatorial candidate, attended the party’s proclamation rally held at the Naga City Plaza yesterday afternoon.

Last term niyang dagan2x sa walay pag daug. Ako pa ana ni Toltol dagan sa na cya ug brgy captain.

Wala pa na Congressman si Totol apan nahimo na siyang Undersecretary sa Dept. of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) ilawom sa PNoy administration for 1 1/2 years ug nangunang nitabang para mahuman ang project study sa expansion sa Mactan airport nga gihimo sa Koreans niadtong 2010-2011. Naka trabaho pud siya isip Presidential Management Staff (PMS) panahon sa termino ni Erap. Mao to nga panahon nga natabangan niya pagpalusot ang assistance sa mga lumulopyo nga affected sa SRP sa tuig early 1990's.

Wala pa siya na congressman apan daghan na siyang nahimo para sa mga Sugbuanon.

Just to clarify, Tomas did not give his Pork Barrel to Gullas. Pork Barrel is only 70M. What he gave was DPWH budget earmarked to him.
DPWH has a budget that congressmen can stipulate what to use on. But being DPWH, it can only be used for DPWH projects, so National Roads and other horizontal projects only. It can not be realigned for medical projects or lighting projects not on National Roads.
