whats your GPU? if your video card supports it then it should be in your NVIDIA Control Panel,..... if you'll look around lang if enough in the control panel than you be able to chance teh res on each monitor,..... it will ask you which LCD monitor you want to use as a MASTER and a SLAVE/secondary

1920 x 1080 na. Unsa pasabot sa iya resolutions when it comes to Video games and movies?
hehe libog ni gamay. first that depends entirely on what interface your LCD is using. is it using DVI or VGA? if it is using DVI, and you're using a resolution much higher than your LCD, then the image would be displayed at native resolution the rest of the image is cut off. imagine if you have a 1440x900 image and you cut it to 1366x768 -- part of that image would be missing. if you're using DVI and your resolution is much lower than the native resolution of your LCD, then you'll have a letterbox image, meaning you will see the full image but there will be black boxes around it similar to viewing widescreen movies in a non widescreen display. If you're using VGA connector, it would scale down/scale up your current video resolution to display it maximized on the LCD as long as you have the same aspect ratio. scaling is not recommended on LCD displays though. it looks bad specially on text. That's why it is always recommended to display at its native resolution (maximum resolution without scaling)

it should be on your nvidia control panel. you have to setup primary and secondary monitor, simply select secondary monitor and change it's resolution. if your nvidia panel does not allow you to change it, or if the resolution is not supported or the resolution is not available, use PowerStrip to create custom resolutions. when you're done, the resolution should be available on the slide bar. same ta ug setup karon. Main LCD is 1440x900 and secondary display is 1366x768. Available resolution is only 1360x768. PowerStrip does the job.
Warning lang sa PowerStrip, ayaw patuyang change ug settings kay grabe ni siya ka powerful nga tool nga daghan kaayu siya advance settings sa imo LCD ma change, if sayop or ma sobrahan nimo ug usab usab.. basin maguba imo LCD.

gamay ra difference but you would probably notice nga naay text nga morag naka bold and other wala. not a problem when playing games. but annoying kung ga browse ka or basa ug text. i managed to remove it by tweaking advanced options other than the resolution.

are you trying to say you have stuck pixels / dead pixels and you want to fix it? PowerStrip is not the tool. If you have a stuck pixel, it could be fixed, but if you have a dead pixel, you're most likely have to deal with it.

or... you probably have a few ones but the manufacturer has a certain amount of dead pixels needed before you can RMA it? am i right?!? hehehe clever dude.. but i dont think it would work. but if you mess it pretty good, it probably would damage your LCD.
