Accordingly the best solution for NAIA congestion is a New Internation Airport kay accordingly ang NAIA dili na ma expand .. karon mo samot ka huot kay buhatan na hinoon ug karsada .. abot gud nang karsadaha sa Entertainment City ....

This road is not just about a road between NAIA Terminals to PAGCOR Entertainment City

Lots of missing info on this thread.

SMC operates South Luzon Expressway, Skyway and the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road
this project will complete Manila-Cavite link

    What this project will do:
    1. It will connect NAIA 1-3.
    2. In NAIA 3 side the will link it to Skyway-SLEX.
    3. A road from the 3 terminals direct to PAGCOR Entertainment City
    4. Road to PAGCOR will have a link to Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway (Cavitex)
    5. Exit ramps at Roxas Boulevard and Macapagal Boulevard

All those mentioned will be interconnected.
SMC just connected NAIA 1-3 to PAGCOR, Skyway-SLEX, Cavitex, Roxas Blvd. and Macapagal Blvd.
SMC won't just be collecting a toll to and from PAGCOR.
