the article is about perfect abs diba? and if you know na ang definition sa abs will start to show only when your body fat is low, then this article must be for people with 10% or lower body fat. kana mga taw na all they have left to do is build up their abs since body fat is not an issue. but if this article is for the average joe who does not have visible abs, then this thread is misleading. how our biceps peak has something in common with how our abs appear when they are visible. how our muscles will look like when ripped is decided by genetics and not by the kind of exercise we do.Originally Posted by P-Chan
but since this thread makes mention of cardio and eating right, i think it tries to cater to the average joe after all. pero wa man hinoon niya gi emphasize ang importance sa pag lose og body fat para makita ang definition. kasagaran ato makitan na six pack kana man mga pobre og ordinary laborers diba? but pila kaha ka pullups or crunches ilang himoon kada adlaw? murag wa man tingali man gani na ang uban nka suway og gym. but why do they have "washboard" abs? it's because of their low body fat.
i totally disagree with breathing exercises being able to tone the tummy. if mao na then every one wont have to go to the gym na. they can just contract their own muscles without equipment aron mudako og iyaha. but muscle needs resistance to grow and breathing exercises done over and over again will have nothing to offer the body. mao maanad nalang na sya sa resistance.
True, low body fat ang kahilan.lang para ma kita ang definitions sa ilang muscles. but it doesn't mean na this thread is for people with low bodyfat. The first line of the this thread said "How get those perfect abs".. wala siya ni ingon for who so.. generally it's for everybody... losing weight and losing fat is diffrent...Originally Posted by blackheart73
unsa pa sabot nimo genetics? wa kaayo ko ka gets ana...
daghan man pud pobre na dako ug tiyan.. way big.. purag buntis na babe na pag ka dako... true basin wa sila kahibaw unsa na gym or pullups or anything.. pero bawi man na sa ilang work.. for example kargador... unsa ila buhaton? mag lift ug weights for pila ka hours back and forth and ilang kaon will not really matter since (1)they work long hours and (2) they don't have much money to eat as much.....Originally Posted by blackheart73
ikaw man gali ga ingon na you cannot spot reduce... so breathing exercises alone obviously won't help.. i use the stomach vacuum as a warm up before i do my abs... iyang concept is like the "plank" na exerciseOriginally Posted by blackheart73
@undderdawg: if naa kai plano mag vacuum.. ayaw kalimti mo ginhawa.. lol

may pa mag kargador ! hehehe solid ug lawas nindot ug abs nya gi sweldohan pa!
sge try na nako mga tips ninyo!
@p-chan wahahahahahahaha...opkors di tana kalimtan!!!
Thanks ani na info! :mrgreen:
kabantay bitaw ko na sa ako treadmill mas muhugot ako tiyan compared to the situps even though i'm doing 120 lbs na sa situps.![]()
hmmm but if wa ka definition unsaon nimo pagpakita sa imo abs? so naa ka perfect abs but imo lang gitago ubos sa fats? so thats why you cannot seperate ab talk from losing fat. what would be the basis of saying na you can have the perfect abs if first and foremost di man gani nimo makita. i think atleast okay kay naa sya gipangingon na exercises but wat he really failed to do was emphasize theOriginally Posted by P-Chan
importance of losing body fat. i also never made mention of losing weight and losing fat being the same.
i mean genetics mu decide unsa ang porma sa muscle when visible jud sya. this was in support of how another poster defined perfect abs the one gani where he gave an example.Originally Posted by P-Chan
though yes daghan pobre na dagko og tiyan i singled out kadto ra jud nindot og abs. kay mas prevalent man ang six pack syndrome nila (kadto laborers). so, (1) working long hours + (2) not eating much = fat loss = low bodyfat = SIX PACK. they must be doing something right.Originally Posted by P-Chan
but i remember you saying how it can give people a narrower waist and a flatter profile. though as a warm up exercise i wouldnt argue.Originally Posted by P-Chan
