    hi sparrow... ask lang unta any idea unsaon nga dli mosapyot ang lobot.? or to maintain it to be firm, pra dli sad kaau lain tan-awon...diba?

    Sir Sparrow, Unsaun pagpagamay sa bukton? What kind of exercise angay? dle langko anang mag lift ug weights kay murag makasamot man.

    lag gyud sir...isa pud na sa benifit sa kong mag gym ka kay...u will m8 many friends...share2 pud mo sa inyong lyf, kamulong arsa2....lingaw baya pud, mawala ra ang kakapoy...murag dli ra kau ka boringan.....

    you can do cardio... there is no such thing as targeting the fat on a specific area man.

    just do the lower body exercise... ask your gym instructor about it..... it's hard to state it, action speaks louder than words... hehe

    just do light weight lifting.... and you repetition is much higher... make it like 20-25 in each sets.... by the way it's 3 sets so 60-75 over all... and take a rest after each sets......

    hmmmm and some says, it's bad to lift much heavier loads since you'll get bigger and if you don't have much height then you'll look short but who cares, it's how you feel good about your body right? heheh just do what you want....... if you want to be sexy then do the light weight repetition style but if you want to be bigger then do heavy lifting with 12-10-8 repetition.......
