late nasad kau ko na read, but for the benefit of those na nagwonder pa unsaon. Nakasuway ko pa Red Ribbon for the following documents: (needed diay for all the documents the Civil Registrar Copy)

1. SECPA(NSO Security Paper)Marriage Contract
2. SECPA Birth Certificate
3. SECPA Birth Certificate of my 2 children

You go to WWE, not DHL, here's their number -- 268-7087. I think naa sila branches sa Ramos and Pusok, Lapu-lapu(MENZI). Ang WWE ra ang pwede mo courier sa inyo documents for Red Ribbon or DFA Authentication. It took 5 days for expedite processing for the Red Ribbon. But since needed pa stamping sa UAE embassy, gi direct nalang nako and it ran mga 18 days before nako nakuha instead of their 12-14 days na processing kuno. For all the documents, I paid around Php 8,900 including na sa stamping sa UAE embassy.

Mga guys pa UP ko ani nga thread be. Mo ask unta ko if unsay update karun sa process if magpa red ribbon ta coz 2013 naman, pls share sa naka experience.

Need epa red ribbon ang mga requirements sa ako brod nga naa na cya run raba sa UAE. Ang question is naa naman DFA Cebu pwde na ba kaha magpa red ribbon na dire lang---dle sa manila? Ang gisugo sa akoa run is mapa red ribbon ang diploma. Please help.
