    i think so. since hago ang mata. mas maayo pahuway sa mga 20-30mins before mang hilam.os.

    prevention is better than cure.

    These are the exact words from an Optometrist friend of mine:

    Television, Computer games etc. do not damage your eyes in any way although they may strain the tiny musculature controlling eyesight, but the effects are temporary. Washing having a bath etc makes absolutely no difference to your eyes, even if you accidentally splash water in them. There is really no connection between reading etc. and doing any other sort of activity afterwards including swimming. If anything, a nice relaxing bath is likely to ease off any eyestrain.

    And always remember this, use clean water when washing eyes.

    Murag naa jud effect, based from my experience sauna. Medyo hanap na ako left vision compared sa right.

    in ani man ko sauna after long hours of playing pc games hilam-os then tulog since high school.. karon 4th year nako college.. okay paman ang mata
    mayta dili ma daot mga pla ka years.. ni undang na unta ko ug pc games
