    Naa na pd koy time mag gym... na a lang ko ask mga gym rats...
    Kung mag squats ko ba with barberl ug gaan ayu (10 pounds ra tawn) na weight grabe lagi ko ka hangak nya ma feel jd nko ang pump sa akong heart.... mas hangak pa ky sa ako 30mins na cardio sa gliders (kanang naay rollers).. Normal ra ni?

    if you want your muscles to be more defined and cut then lightweight and high reps. If you want strength and muscle mass increase (depending on your body) heavy weight and low reps.
