Hi peeps!
truth in advertising act in the philippines- Have you experienced anything like ordering from a certain food chain then sa picture nila say ang shanghai meal has 6pcs, but when the food is served kay 5pcs lang. If mo dispute ka sa attendant mo sulti sila nga "ing-ana ra jud among serving diri sir".

I happen to order Bigmac lastweek, but for some reasons the patty they are using is the same patty from there low end burgers. But when you look at the picture sa BigMac, daku and thick kaayo ang patty.

I think this should end, 'coz it's like they are fooling us by there advertisement.

I will post pics nya sa ilang gi serve and sa advertisement nila. If naa sad mo to any establishment, pls post pic sad para ma compare nato and maybe they will stop this act.

how true gyud, mostly all their food pictures never meets quality of the food they served.
pwede man siguro ta moreklamo, ipasaka gyud sa manager kung possible para dili ra malapos sa pikas dungan.

The purpose of the thread is AWARENESS.

There are lots of establishments and most of the time , its the food industry ang mo violate ni by false advertisements.

mao nay ginaingon nga sa mailad lang.. sales pitch mani nila para madani ka sa ilang baligya.. it looks big TS kay edited mana and also ang perspective ug ang lens nga gigamit often distorts the image and make it seem like it is big.. but actually it is still the same product that you bought kanang naa sa ilang picture..

...bitaw TS..sakto man ka...!!bisag ako...I work 6 yrs in a food chain sa una ( just wont mention the company name ) mka ingon gni ko na..sos ka layo ra gyud sa ads ug sa food srving presentation..!! hehehe.... but hinay2x lang sa pag post... TS.kai basin naay maka kita sa imong post nga tga..company,,, nga imung gi mention..basin ikaw ma pasakaan ug kaso...sos!! ka lisud ana..... heheheh ^___^,, ,,

Murag dili man truth ang main theme basta Advertisement na.. kay all advertisements are profit driven... often, they achieve more profit by misleading information.

And there is a LAw against establishments who MISLEADS .

They are punishable by law.

Say in a burger chain , if the picture shows 2 slices of tomatoes ang naa and 1 slice of Swiss cheese , it better be the same for the order I want . Its not even abot the size , if it only has 1 slice of tomato and cheddar cheese instead , I have all the right to COMPLAIN .
