Silkscreen & T-shirt Printing~

Mao nay disadvantage sa transfer paper.. Practice na lang ug silkscreen printing..

For now ako makaya kay heat press pa bro. But I have plans nga mag-silk screen gyud kay di gyud ana ka-nindut ang heat press. But since sugod pa man ko, learning experience siya.

I've just bought a photo emulsion kit from National Bookstore, the brand is M.Enriquez art Supplies. Because the product did not come with any instructions at all on how to mix the emulsion and sensitizer, I'm here to ask and beg for assistance from experienced screenprinters here in Istorya. Here are my questions:

1. How to mix the photoemulsion with the sensitizer? The ratio? Do i need to add water?

2. Do i need to apply PE on both sides of the silkscreen?

Thank you, I need help as soon as possible because I need to print shirts for this coming elections.

Nindut ni kay nakapalit sad ko same brand sa metro ayala nuon. For testing and practice purpose ra nuon ako. Mga master need your inputs. Also, asa ta kapalit anang scooper para inig apply sa emulsion sa screen?

Mas nindot cguro boss kung imo gamiton kay ang Aquasol ER if you need to print asap.

kaysa mag experiment paka sa mixture. so better gamit nalang ug ready to use.

65 to 120 Microns or
120 to 230 lines per inch

I get mine from Tees and Prints (Quezon) at 250 per roll. Naa sa White Gold pero 350 ang roll (DAYM!). Of course 'gamusa' is much more expensive. In Tees and Prints, they have a complete selection of colors and the different types. Tees and Prints Philippines

kani heat press using vinyl impressed kau ko da. daghan ga ingun mas mahal daw ni compared sa screen printing. pero sa ako tanaw, if you want to make your own brand, ok sad tngai ni cya nga process. less hassles and mess compared sa screen printing. i saw one video sa youtube nga mas less imo gasto sa heat press than screen. let me know what you guys think?
