    Exclamation ATM Skimming Hits Cebu!

    ATM Skimming hits Cebu

    Be careful when you withdraw form ATMs....ATM Skimming Syndicate is now operating in Cebu. I have seen a few victims going to their respective banks to complain about unreasonable large amount withdrawal from their accounts.

    I have personally seen one victim lost his payroll savings of Php 40,000.00 in an instant......

    Update lang nato ha....

    Affected banks(confirmed):
    1. BDO (Cebu Business Park, Ayala)
    2. UnionBank (Cebu Business Park, Ayala)
    3. BPI (IT Park)
    4. China Bank (no confirm location yet, but I'm assuming kanang naa sa IT Park pud)

    It is advised nga mag over-the-counter withdrawal lang sa....until further notice.

    kung passbook accounts, wala na risk....clearly ATM Holders ang target ani nga syndicate.

    I won't name the bank(s)....but it's somewhere in Cebu Business Park, kana at least maka.narrow down namo kung what banks are hit.
