If u have cheap AVR then delikado gyud nah unless if u have a good decent power supply.Branded PSUs dont need AVR coz naa na man siyay built in surge protector against voltage spikes.

if i have a descent ug mahal2x nga PSU proteksyonan sad guro nako oie,, kaafford ganit tag mahalon nga PSU,, Surge protector pa kaha or UPS.. protektado ang component nato tungod sa PSU ,, protektado sad atong PSU dahil sa mga proteksyon

For safety boss, use AVR lng jud. Bisan kana baratohon lng.
