PNoy is at the right place at the right time. Whether we like it or not, at the eyes of the common people, he's the hero since basically everything great that has been happening in the Philippines right now happened during his term without thinking that it took years and probably decades to establish such feat. Knowing that Erap did generally no good to the Philippines economically, I guess we could only point our fingers to a single person, former president GMA.
