naa sa imong hd? try daw check policies basin dili ikw( current user ) ang tag.iya ang folder.. what im trying to say is basin wa kai privileged ana nga folder.. sakto ba akong sabot..?

Reboot your PC and go to Safe Mode unya delete the files...
