Iemail lang ang COL before submitting the forms. Pwede ra siguro student ID. Non-government ID man gamit nako before. But I think kinahanglan gyud ang TIN.

Quick question: Do I have to mail my documents to citisec office in Manila for registration or do they have a local branch here in Cebu I can drop it off?

PS: Sorry mga masters kai beginner pako ani but I am actually trying to do research for now.
