Invest first on your Running form, mao na daghan injury kay dili proper ang running form. Pareha sa basketball naa sila mga drills para sa dribble, passing, lay-up og uban para. Mao sad na sa running naay drills para sa landing sa imo foot, torso, hips and etc

Para nako Asics and Mizuno brands are on the top tier when in comes to running shoes.
It will depend though on the model for your particular gait.
As with any other brands, not all Asics or Mizuno shoes will be right for an individual.
It all depends on ones gait;1/over pronator, 2/under pronator or 3/neutral.
I'm using Asics Gel 1770. I love the sole of these shoe, very comfortable, and the arch support is medyo duol sa akong heel.
My next running shoes will either be a Mizuno Wave Inspire 9 or the Wave Nirvana 9.
If ever i go back with the Asics i might try the Asics Nimbus, a neutral shoe but probably okay for a mild over pronator.

I suggest that you try different brands, and find out which of them is the most comfortable.
