apply nlng sa eon card (union bank) . nag apply q now then kuhaonon nlng nq.. but then aq probs kay aq id is student id ug voters id but since d q enrolled fir 2nd sem d valid aq student id.. pwede ba kaha ang voters id with tin number?? please help..

for all i know ATM/Debit card na pwede nimo magamit sa paypal is ang sa UNionBank which is designed for online transcation. Pwede ka mag open ana for P350.

mukuha pud ko metrobank prepaid mastercard karong monday. i-try pud nako, though custcare sa metrobank said na dili daw pwede, but who knows.

dili pwede ang metrobank mastercard debit. you'll get the paypal charge, but no expuse number, and metrobank will say na dili pwede paypal.

about BDO visa debit, starting amount diay ana is P15,000 if naa jud visa logo, i think P3,000 for something na same ra sa payroll card.and the BDO girl said na dili daw pwede sa paypal. na-blocked na daw.
