swimming and set-ups
i have the most stubborn tummy fats. they just won't go even with diet, curl ups, sit-ups, wraps. the only time i got rid of them temporarily was with mesolipo but i also learned na i had to work to keep them off temporarily. until boxing. as in, wala gyud ang tummy fats! at first di ko sold sa idea kay mostly cardio man ang workout sa boxing but maka wala gyud siya tummy fats even if same ra akong consumption ug rice and sige ko pepsi![]()

You can eat Nesvita, since you have to combine liquid, it makes you feel full. Then drink some tea, and then sweat it out in the gym
this thread is misleading and breathing as a tummy contouring exercise? ROFL.
abs will start to show only when your body fat reaches 10%-8%. you will never find someone with flabby arms and a six pack since you cannot spot reduce fat in an area; you have to lose it all over. the abs seem to be the hardest to develop since fat in the gut is the easiest to build up and the hardest to reduce. men generally have a great tendency to store fat at the gut and the lower back (thus the love handles.)
hmmmmm.... interesting!

Main Muscle Worked: Abdominals
Other Muscles Worked: None
Equipment: BodyOnly
Mechanics Type: Isolation
Tips: Works the transversus abdominus and internal obliques. This gives you a flatter profile and a narrower waist!
To execute the Stomach Vacuum, stand upright and place your hands on your hips, and exhale all the air out of your lungs, completely. Expand your chest, and bring your stomach in as much as possible, and hold. Visualize trying to touch your navel to your backbone. One isometric contraction of "20" seconds is one repetition. You can work your way up to 40 or 60 seconds.
