    ako ka'y mkatulog raman ko labi na bugnaw room plus ngit-ngit but not totally nga wala'y suga from outside.. atleast inig pangihi nmo di ka magkarap-karap.. then of course may Bed tym habits.. lihok-lihok tiil, wigle2x, then ako right foot ako himas sa ako heel foot. hagok daun taod2x..

    I get myself feel tired, maglakaw2x, maglihok2x, kay sa in ana na way, pag kapoy ka, mas nindot ang tulog. try to have dim light also when you sleep. makapa hinanok sa tulog
