Ang tan.aw naku nila kay tao ra. Dili labaw or ubos nako. I just do my stuff and see them as fellow pinoys. If naay feeling mas labaw naku, I would still treat them the same. If mag tagalog naku unya naa ra mi diri Cebu, I tell them to speak Bisaya or English so that THEY can understand me. Not affected ko kung feeling labaw sila.

Tagalog has this impression that bisaya are "probinsyano" maybe because of the Visayan accent when we speak their dialect. People from Metro Manila especially, since they are from the National Capital feel superior because they speak the national language better than most Bisaya.

but i tell them : kami bisaya tatlong araw lang sa Manila marunong na mag-Tagalog. Kau taga Manila tatlong buwan na sa Cebu hindi pa marunong mag Cebuano. Hindi kau bright. =)

Naa ko nakaila he's originally from Bicol naka asawa ug cebuana nya 9years na daw siya dri Cebu, dili gihapon kabaw mo bisaya.... Nag.uusap kami ng tagalog (Filipino) hahaha

Para sa ako i think most of them think they're superior jud. Ilang tanaw sa mga bisaya kai ubos para nila. To think most Filipinos are bisaya. Hilasan jud ko ana nila pero not all of them. Mostly lang sa ako na experience pud nila. Naa pud silay ilang batasan pud na somehow dili kamao mo paubos. Peace sa mga tagalogs.. Opinion na nako based on my observations and experiences.

ddto ko sa manila last week then sakay2 kog LRT nga grabe kapuno... pag kabaw nila nga taga cebu kay nag inisog kog ingon nga ayaw pag sibog kay huot na kau bai!! (sa pag storya nako)... ingon daun sila.. 'uy tabi kau jan...bisaya yan..lahi yan ni lapu lapu.. matatapang..

haha.. ka relate ko ani kay didto pud ko manila last week sakay mi sa ako gf ug MRT mag bisaya ra jud mi bisan huot kau sa sulod as in wala nay space...

All these things being said about the Tagalog people only shows that differences engender prejudice. When I was studying in Manila, I remember one student who said in front of the class that his impression of Cebuanos is that we're arrogant. I was puzzled because that's exactly what a lot of Cebuanos think of Manilenos. We all think highly of our own skin, our own language, our own place of birth, our own heritage, our own school, and think lowly/badly of those who are different in any way.
