Tourist Visa :
1st – If you are single there is no chance of having a visa. Thou if your income is remarkably convincing like you have your business, enormous bank acct deposit, or you are on higher educational attainement.
2nd if married and especially you have kids below 18yo most likely you will be given a visa
2a. especially during summer vacation. Taking into consideration that kids wants to go to disneyland.
2b. again substantial deposit to finance your family trip,
2c. added credit if spouses and family has history of Asian trip like in Hongkong, Singapore or CHina
3rd. Invitation to visit from relatives. Most likely if there is a wedding on your relatives and you are one of the sponsors. Show to them the invitation and the list of sponsors. Together with the letter from your relatives inviting the family or the couple.
4th. If you are with your most senior parents and / or granparents. Most likely granted. And these seniors were invited by their siblings, grandkids. . . .

this is the right time mo apply for US Visa pero you must prepare documents that could support nga you are not going there to work ky you have these and that (properties, businesses, work to come back for, etc).

Tourist visa stamps from previous travel would be a great help,
Round trip ticket,
Hotel accommodations,
Much better if you have relatives at your place of destination, do mention it.

dapat naa ka immediate relatives. dali ra man to akoa kay naa ako sister. ako ra gi sulat kay mag visit. plus kung nag work ka kay naa reason na di ka mag stay dd2 ug dugay. single man ko pag apply wala man problem and ako gani gi indicate kay parents nako mu pay sa ticket.
