ang thread title kay angay ba sa politics and current events?

pang general discussion man tingali ni.

    we are born leaders.
we are just sometimes reluctant because,
    - we fear the responsibility.
    - it is not worth it. mahasol ang pamilya ug kaugalingon.
    - it has zero compensation.
    - it is controversial.

but some position has a huge amount as a bait, so we take the risk and fight for it...millions bitaw ang ganti. lol

so what does it take to be a good follower?

Being a leader is not telling people to do things. Instead, you show them how to do it. Lead by example kung baga.

actually, he can be considered as a "great leader" (pun intended)..

anyway, if wla pa cyay ayu na pagkaleader kay mag mutiny na unta ang iyang mga generals OR ang mga taw sa N.Korea, the fact that their regime is still in power for half a century is something.. remember the Kim's intention is to lead/role in a militaristic way.. so he's a leader alright.

Note: our topic is about leadership and not morality

a good leader should possess a combination of commitment and passion. He/she should be committed in dealing with subjective matters especially in achieving not just organizational growth but more importantly personal growth amongst the people. Secondly, he/she should exude passion by offering not just a listening mind but a listening heart.....
