    Thanks sa pag-answer. So mao diay ni ang calculation:
    Registration
    Updating Motor Vehicle = P240
    PNP clearance and Macro Etching = P200
    MVIS = P50
    Emmission = P400~ P500
    Total: P990 (Insurance not yet included)
    Penalty
    = 150% * P990 = P1,485

    Total Payment = P990 + P1,485 + P2800 (Change of Ownership)= P5,275 (S.O.P not yet included)

    Correct ba ni?

    Ang penalty charge would based sa standard Renewal of registration rate which is I think P2,400 (depende sa unit).

    Murag kani mas duul sa tinuud:
    Updating Motor Vehicle = P240
    PNP clearance and Macro Etching = P200
    MVIS = P50
    Emmission = P400~ P500
    Total: P990 (Insurance not yet included)

    Penalty (150%) of P2400.00 = P3,600.

    Grand Total: P990 + 3,600 = P4,590.00 plus ikaw na bahala sa imong runner which is akong gihatag niya P500..

    Notice dako imong mabayran coz naa ka penalty and timing sa renewal nimo, otherwise less than 1K ra gyud ang proper bayranan if change of ownership (updating motor vehicle record).
