“Lets not make a mountain out of a molehill, (by saying) scandalous ang nawong nako. Hangyo man na sa mga bata. (The children asked for my face to be on the medals),” Garcia said.

But Cebu Schools Superintendent Arden Monisit Monisit who assumed his post in 2010 said, “I cannot remember nay ingon ana nga (that there’s such a) medal.”

He said the usual practice of school administrators is to buy medals from bookstores or medal stores and engrave the name of the valedictorian or salutatorian.

So, asa man jud ang tinood ani? since 2005, naa na? pero pagka 2010, nahunong? unya 2013, gibalik? the face of whoever sits as governor is not the SEAL of the Governor's office. use the SEAL! give due RESPECT to the said SEAL of the Governor's office.

para kang gwen mas naay buot ang bata kaysa nyah. gipugos ra niyah ang mga bata na pabutangan sa iyah nawng ang medal!. Nako kaila usa sa mga bata nakadawat before. Wla jud sila ganahe sa medal ila nadawat puryagaba daw.

MANILA, Philippines–Associate Justice Teresita Diaz Baldos of Sandiganbayan Second Division ordered the issuance of another arrest warrant Thursday against suspended Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia for her failure to attend the scheduled arraignment of her graft case.
Garcia is facing a graft case stemming from the questionable purchase of the Balili property in Naga worth P98 million.
Judge Baldos also ordered the confiscation of her P90,000 bail bond for her first warrant of arrest issued last year.
Garcia’s principal lawyer, Attorney Tranquil Salvador III, said his client’s failure to show up Thursday was due to a speaking engagement for an elementary school graduation in Cebu.
