    ^Bro unsa imu gibuhat ani nga mas pas2x pman ni imu plan kay sa akong plan 999.... naa ka gi config ana or tweaks bro? i-pm ko pls!!! Salamat.... cigi rako tawag sa *1888 nya ila reason balik2 ra jud.. naa daw gi ayo sa cellsite nla bla2x.... mu 3 naku ka buwan pero mao ra ghapon, hinay jud kaayo.. cgi pa timeout2x

    so wala gyud technicians ni-ara sa imo house?
    sa ako case man gud the following day naa dayon technicians.

    anyway. i'll share my style if magcomplain ko sa customer service.

    - ask for the representative's name para siya imo pirmi pangitaon if wala gihapon na-address imo problem

    -ask for the reference number of your complaint, that way dali ra nimo ma-followup and less questions will be asked.

    - never admit you're using a router (if you're using one). that way inig conduct nila ug test from their end , they'll get a dead feedback.
    ( i gleaned that from a cs representative) . that way, they will be force to dispatch a technician.

    - if na-a na technicians, serve coke and snacks.

    Also, try to check if you have cordless phone or mga laing wireless devices anywhere near sa area.
    Maka interfere na sila sa wireless connection nimo, if nagamit ka ug wireless router (from laptop to wireless router).

    Sigi boss dghan salamat sa imu reply.. ako ni suwayan basin ma tabangan ko nila... kay last tawag naq gabie ila tubag kay "Pls lang po monitor lang with in 24hours etc2x..."

    Same ra ta ug problem. ako nalang gani gipaputol ako smartbro kay .2 ra jud tawon and ako signal. wla na nako bayri ang ako bill ug almost 5 months na.. sige ghapon abot ang bill pero wala na nako bayri. try ko ug globe mas okay okay siya pero hinay ghpon.. antos nalang sa ko kay wa may linya diri sa amoa.. pulos wireless.
