UP bai that is if nakatake ka sa UPCAT. kung wala kay CIT na lang. The very imba professor from UP na ang dean sa computer studies didto.

I agree with dilikOtabian, UP and CIT have been recognized by the CHED as Centers of Excellence (COE) in terms of the CS degree. On the other hand, my older brother who is a programmer in profession told me that AMA University is an excellent school for CS or IT degrees...your call Shaqmove.
