diri tingali sa ato nga BAI pwede makalusot ang uban
pero ang kuyaw igka abot sa laing ports of entry like manila
stikto na kaayo sa manila ron... pwede makalusot siguro a few
but risky kaayo.. what if dili kalusot? saon na lang ang pup?
esp if naka sched pod ka nga fly that day? mao na ang prob...

mao to be safe, get a pup 3mos old and above with anti rabies shot already

Yah, so now im trying to contact NAIA 3 Quarantine, to confirm those stuff....

If ever do you know any vet clinics who take care of dogs while the owners can't attend to them? Animal Kingdom does but they require dogs that have complete vaccination. Dunno what to do with my 7 weeks old pup, don't have relative who can take care of her

mga bai, i read the thread start but I want to clarify things para mahiluna ako mindset.

my puppy is a one and a half month old. mag 2 months siya katapusan. I want to travel with it sa Bohol. I know the procedures and I know the location where to get the permit and in fact, she has an updated vaccination treatment with schedules for next appointment.

to have a peace of mind, my question is...

ma tugtan kaha ko nga maka carry sa ako puppy with that age? ok ra ba to travel? I and my wife don't want to leave my puppy behind or ibilin with somebody else. We are having a long vacation this Holy Week. Thank you sa maka tubag and God bless.

theres a big chance - NO.

puppies/dogs need to have Anti-Rabies Vaccinations before they are allowed travel via plane/ship. thats their policy. as to chance, there might be slim chance of you being able to get permit, but as i said, its slim and may be via "under the table transaction".

besides bro, if your pup is not yet complete as to his vaccs, i suggest you dont make him travel this early. you'll only be exposing him to risks and too much stress. just my advice.

the wellfare of the pup should be the top priority. 2 months is too young to travel specially that far like bohol.
it is possible you can get a quarantine permit(no under the table) submitting into fact that the pup is younger than 3 months(not advisable for anti rabies) but youre into gamble with the pups wellfare.

was able to transport a pup 2 days younger before his 3rd month; i just justified in quarantine-awd that the pup is less than 3 months. i dont give anti rabies shots to my pups younger than 5 months anwyays.

ahh they still allow diay even walay anti rabies shots as long as under 3mos old... i know sa una yes they allow, even in manila. but since last year man tingali to, theyre (manila) strict as to the anti rabies reqt, mao in effect, no pups younger than 3mos. may be shipped from manila. i thought cebu ports (airport & seaports) followed suit... wala pa diay.
