Command, superior, favored, a taste for and its cohorts as defined by the frail, finite human mind... All things which are contrary to humility and impartiality are not the true teachings of Mother Church....

hello mga brods karon pa jud ko kabisita balik. hope everything is fine.

wala namay bag-ong threads like this, ari lang sa ta
my additional question which i think most RCs are not aware of is about the SUN WORSHIP. Unsa ang doctrine about aning sun worship instead of Jesus Christ?

    details here....

OT:hello break, things are doing fine..btaw sah? taud2x pud ka wala kabisita...nangregards to si jovi nimu...Lol

OnT: when i checked the links you posted, what the links were trying to imply is that we(Catholics) worship Baal, worst is, associated pa jud sa Satanism...Lol
i hope you know nga dili na insakto ug tinuod break, mahiubos jud ko nimu if ing ana imung tan.aw sa Simbahang Katoliko Lol Joke ra na ha

first, as a Christian kinsay tan.aw nimu gipasabut ani sa Malachi 4:2

"But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall."

question, if pagans have their sun god, who is the Sun of righteousness for Christians?

second is, where specifically in the Dontrines of RCC that states that we should worship the sun?or sun god? instead of Jesus?

third, if you'll try to convince a Muslim brother about Jesus as God,
what common ground will you use to have a connection?
probably you'd start with , we all have the same God but we call God by different names, you call your God Allah, we believe He is the Father God in our trinity, then perhaps you may find yourself addressing Father God as Allah as well...but it doesn't make you a muslim really...

in the case of pagan convertions, they had the sun worship,
we as Christians, redirected or if i may corrected that the true God
is Jesus Christ and Yes, the Sun God or whoever it is that owns everything we see, know and do not know...
break, just like we Filipinos use the term "BATHALA" when we refer to God Almighty... doesn't make all Filipinos who uses this term are pagan worshipers..the katutubos or early pinoy tribes were the ones who called God by the name Bathala...when Christian evengelizers learned about it, plus the characteristics attributed to "Batahala" as the creator of the universe and the first humans, then Christians used it as basis to establish common ground(para mas magkasinabot) so we find people esp tagalog Pinoys till today, uses the term Bathala even they actually mean Father God, or Jesus in the case of Holy Trinity.

lastly, about the chrat of comparison found in one of the links you posted, between the practices of RCC and pagan worship...
like the chants, prayer beads, repetitive prayers, statues...etc

i understand nganu mao na imung tan.aw bro, 'cause in your denomination, basta wa sa bible, sayop jud na...
kaso it is in the bible that early Chrsitians such as the apostles themselves have handed down traditions that are to be followed...
which have been passed down from generations to generations..

let me leave you with this verse: 2 thessalonians 2:15
"So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter."

unless you can present a verse in the bible that states only specific traditions are to be followed, then the only means of knowing what those traditions were is through the Apostolic Succession which we both know nga ang RCC naa ana..
