    Wala ba diay pud ka nananghid sa lessor nga mo renovate ka, unsa man diay pud inyong agreement before ka ni renovate?

    If naay lease of contract, didto na tanan daugon. If nakabutang didto nga you are not allowed to renovate, diha jud ka mapaksit kay klaro jud na nga nilabag ka sa inyong kasabutan.
