I heard.. lisod gyud daw ang NACS. among flex is only 30 mins but depende sa SRs or sa volume and demands sa clients. so yeah.. pro most of my team mates na phone trained also take calls if they are asked to.. swerte ko kay I have other stuff to take care of specially I'm one nga nghelp sa amo special LOB. hehe
