iPhone 4 Charging Issue

I'm having a problem sa akong iP4 16GB OS 6.1.2

Charging works when phone is off, won't work if the phone is on, won't even detect on PC or iTunes.

Data cable is ok, recently tested on 3G & 4S. Anyone encountered the same problem?

ani nani pag kuha nako sa phone sir, i updated it OTA to 6.1.2 coz i've read around na naa say problema ang 6.0 sa ip4 charging.

issue remains the same. i got this from a trade, this was a hidden defect.

Yes sir, dapat nako itaud daan ang cable, turn off the phone then bilin lang cya mo charge offline. inig on balik sa phone puno nasad batt.

murag hardware issue guro na...basin kadto wala pa nimo gi update, in-ato na gyud diay na iya issue...
