    You dont ceased to amazed me with your TRICKY MIND .

    Yes the POPE is CATHOLIC because the CATHOLIC CHURCH is the UNIVERSAL CHURCH , which leads the ECUMENISM MOVEMENT .

    Therefore, it only makes sense that the next POPE from the succession of St. PETER will also be a member of the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH .

    Next question guys .

    in this day and age, why is it that women still do not have equal rights to men (women cant administer sacraments, become priests and have higher roles in the church)?

    And why do women catholics just accept this as a fact of life or part of tradition?

    One of the reasons bro, is that Priests/Bishops/Cardinals and the Pope(male) stands as the Leader of the parish/church and the Faith
    following the footsteps of the Apostles in their time who also followed the examples of Jesus( male)
    though everyone can follow the examples of JEsus as it is our role as Christians to begin with, we know that Jesus ordained only men when He breathed through the Apostles, then the cycle continues down to today's priests..

    do we see Gender discrimination? if so, i recommend you read through this link: why aren’t there women priests | catholicteenapologetics or Holy Orders: A Special Priesthood - About Catholics
    Catholics would have not venerated women saints,no marian devotions, etc if that were the case..

    example:
    you being the lead singer while i'm doing back up, though we have the same vocal qualities and abilities doesn't have to be a case of discrimination but rather 2 singers playing 2 different roles for a cause of creating a beautiful harmony.
    same as men and women in the church.

    @CHUBI ....

    Unsay pasabot ? The picture or what you might be thinking ? It speaks a thousands words actually and one of them is :

    They are having a smoke break . Is there something wrong with it ? Maybe or maybe not. Just like how VIPVIP68 quickly reacted na basin gi ilad ilad ra siya ani nila, which actually shows only 2 people whom he thinks violated the commandment .

    If so , in the eyes of God , they are subject for judgement , in our eyes , we can only speculate. Why ? Walay balaod na hinimo sa tao man na ga bawal or gi bawal ni sila manabako.

    @VIPVIP68 ....

    If you follow closely the library of books in the HOLY BIBLE , traditions speaks of a PATRIARCHAL COMMUNITY .
