naa man rules sa MOM nga naay quota ang foreign workers in a company. i'm not sure about the ratio maybe it should not be more than 20% of the work force i guess for white collar works. not sure with F&B. the only sector which i see they hire more foreigners is on the blue collar ones like construction.
just wondering, who is the franchisee on this branch? is it pinoy or singaporean? i'm not sure if it's possible for a foreigner here to own a business 100% because stalls at lucky plaza though they sell pinoy goods are still owned by locals here, even the beauty parlors here.
anyway can't wait to eat chicken joy again, and hopefully Mang Inasal will open here too and will still offer unlimited rice. that would be a hit here for sure.
