    take it from me, gikan ko cvg, mao na pinakastable nga account sa cvg pero maoy pinakapobre, walay program allowance, wala kay klaro nga LOB, once or twice a month ibalhin kag TL, ibalhin kag shift ahat, ibalhin kag department, imagine gikan kag cable support for a month, e training ra kag a week sa comcast kay ipahandle na nimo apil ang internet, then after 2 months, ipatraining na pud kag phone kay e apil sa imo support, then all of the sudden after a month or two ibalhin na pud kag billing, change is good, pero di pud ngon ani ka dynamic , choose DELL, i'm happy with dell now,ma split im0 RD sa comcast kung non performer ka, pero rare ra kaayo na, sahay ra kaayo nga e split imo rd ug non performer ka kay amo na ge complain kay demotivating kaayo,ma split imo RD ug sige kag absent o sige ka makig swap ug rd, naa lang incentive ang comcast kung SALES imo LOB, pero ug technical ka o cx service, bisan pa ikaw ang nakapasubscribe sa cxfor another service, ikaw nagprocess, add service, add channels, wala kay incentive, ang naka nice lang sa cvg kay first 3 months nimo tax free imo sweldo, pero imo basic for example no experience 13k, with experience 14,750, inig ka regular nimo, imo salary mahimong 15k, so meaning motaas lang ug 250pesos ang imo sweldo if with experience ka, yahay tong no experience kay mafeel nila nga mitaas ila salary CHOOSE DELL

    Interesado ko ani da, same situation here ts, but directly hired ba ka sa dell? Ako kay ipa pre technical pre employment training pako for 5 days starting tomorrow march 11 nya 150 allowance per day ahak. Then hired ko cvg, but ako start date march 25 feel nako cable ko kay cable man to about ako mock call, murag CVG ako e choose ts, kay ang stream dako cla pay ig starting, but i've heard wala daw yearly salary increase or ig ka regular nmu(di ko sure ani ha) Pero benifits wise lang sad daan ts, daug cvg ana regarding sa health benefits and retirement plan, if long term commitment imong aim ts feel nako CVG maayo para nato, but bsan ako hantud karon cge pakog huna2 og asa jd, btw when imo start date sa cvg and stream?

    @xenxiax - boss, ang cable naa incentives? If pde ko mo ask, pla imo madawat limpyo every 15th sa comcast ka sauna? Average lang? If pwede pa pm lang ko or reply lang sa thread boss. Thanks

    Mao sad ako dungog about sa stream wala sila increase ing regular nimo. Pero kung sa account daw kay nice daw ang dell compared sa comcast. Dili man sad long term ako pagwork sa call center. Try raman ni nako. hehe Suway2 sa in demand karon ba. Anyway, Magstart ko march 18 sa cvg and same ta mga pre employment training ko sa stream ugma. haha! magkita diay ta ani ugma kung madayon ka adto. hehe
