1. listen carefully to the interviewer.. and make eye to eye contact.
2. answer directly to the questions
3. glance and give a smile sometimes
4. kai callcenter man ka.. then... make ur English dction very clear... ...

mana kaha ning interview ni TS...?

usually, IMHO, they will ask on your work attitude, pina-psychology lang nga style..
like, how would you handle some situations,

confidence ra man na diha, practice with someone, patabang sa imu uyab.

TS you better figure out nalang unsa imo accent: Westcoast bah or Nuyhoker, Southern drawl bah or twang
pero make sure ha nga di ka mura mahug ug kataw-anan trying too hard ha like most taga call center hahaha

Mao na TS if di ka madawat sa ug CallCenter man lang gani then I dunno nalang gyud unsa imo future. Good luck!
