if an agency ask to hold your passport, naa na hidden agenda. Pwd ra man gyud na copy. Never gyud na nako ginapakot akong passport og laing tao. Labi na gyud kung naa na ka sa gawas, ayaw gyud na ipakupot imong passport og laing tao.
Copy of the front and back page and visa page is more than enough for them.

Officially and legally, a passport is a legal document OWNED by the Republic of the Philippines, assigned in your behalf. No Recruitment Agency has legal right to hold it when you demand for it.
