If existing na nga investment and it's earning 20% increase in 6 months, okay na na. What's important ky it's increasing and it's increase is higher than the inflation rate, taxes, fees, and other deductions. Like what they have said, mag-depende na siya on what kind of investment, what type of investor you are, and daghan pa factors.
mura ra ug capitalist lang daw sis, but e under contract man daw na at a specific date, they will issue me a check with 20% increase net from my investment. naka ingon pa gani to na they will issue a PDC as assurance... would that be okay?

PDC isn't a good assurance jud or let's take off the word "good", hehe.... it cannot guarantee gyud ky pwede rana ma returned check a.k.a. bouncing check.

When investing, you should be ready of the possibilities that things might not get well. Are you willing to risk that amount? Are you willing to wait for longer length of time to get ur ROI?

murag dako mn kayo ang risk. You can invest sa kana mas klaro pa

mura high risk ra kaayo na investment wala assurance, pag buy n sell sakyanan 500t sakto na nga capital mark up lang ka 10% sa imo unit para dali ra mahalin.. gamay ra ang risk kay control man nimo

having a contract or being given a PDC is not the issue here. it's the feasibility of the business profit. you need to evaluate if unsa kaha kakusog mo-income ang iya business. kay if willing siya mohatag nimo ug 100k as interest in 6 months then his business must be selling like hotcakes. sounds too good to be true. big businesses put an estimate of one to two years for getting back the invested capital. dili dayon mosugod ang income.

pero hunahunaa nga nanghuwam siya nimo ug money kay tungod wala siyay igong puhonan. now if dili mo-click ang business unya naabot na ang six months? mkabayad kaha siya? naa lagi kay contract, naa lagi kay PDC pero naa kaha kay mahimo if d jud siya mabayad? pwede nimo siya ikiha pero it would take at least several months for a decision. unya ang imo kwarta wala pa nabalik sa imo. so sayang ang time. maayo pa mag-hunahuna usa ka. tagoi imo money and wait for a better oppurtunity.
