For governor, the choice is between a bar topnotcher and a bar flunker (take two before nakapasar). For me, it's an easy choice. For vice-governor, both main candidates belong to the same clan so I will just go for the younger one para mas energetic, dynamic and creative. That's just my opinion and how I am going to vote but everyone is entitled to his own opinion. That's democracy......

In a Motion of Reconsideration that Gwen Garci filed before the Supreme Court, she described her counsel as incompetent.

Her counsel happened to be Pablo John Garcia, her younger brod, who touts himself to be a bar topnotcher.

the case was docketed as CC No 00-8863, filed before RTC 57, Makati.

In her "Supplemental Motion for Reconsideration" defendant Gwen Garci argued that such Motion is allowed "if the incompetence, ignorance, or inexperience of counsel is so great..." and "where counsel is guilty of gross ignorance, negligence, and dereliction of duty"
