ikaw ang gamit ug logic. you were mentioning about mandaue city council ug casuntingan and cabancalan barangay council. If mao na sa inyoha, ayaw inganaa pud ang cebu city council labi na ang talamban barangay council nga pareho ug utok sa opisyalis sa mandaue.

REALLY?! Indulge me... Talamban Barangay Council or any Barangay Council CANNOT solve the Butuanon River problem because the magnitude of the problem is far more bigger than any LGU. They don't have the expertise and it is sure not a priority in their funding. We should know because 12 years na ni namo gi-reklamo sa bisan unsa nga ahensya sa gobyerno pero puro ra skin deep clean-up drive ang gibuhat para photo ops. Gipa news na pud na, pero wa gihapon.

Do you even now the real status of the Butuanon River sir that you seem confident Barangay Talamban council can solve the problem? If your council will just stop the quarrying, then you did not even scratch the surface.

BTW, please post the news article here with photos if possible if you did something for this cause.
