I've been trying to look for an internet cafe with decent video card (for gaming purposes). Unfortunately I haven't found one. Virtual Space near Cebu Coliseum got Windows 7, but they're video cards are not up for gaming purposes.
Can anyone suggest one? Appreciate it. thanks

they cost to much to put up a windows 7 operating system for a computer shop, and besides they cant fake the license, or else, GG mode sila.. hehehe bt for me, ive never seen one..
