Software na sya. Sa imo siguro ng Aero (Jack Sparrow Windows 7?) or maybe you are using Win7 Aero theme on a WinXP OS..

Window 7 nga license akong gigamit sir pero wa koy idea kung onsa nang aero jacksparrow, befor katong wa pa nahalin akong 5850 kay ok pa baya to, karon pag ilis nako na ingon ani na... Hasta mag games ko kay naa na gyud mag lihok nga pixels, g-try nako download sa ila websita ang updated nga driver sa gpu mao lang gihapon.... Last thursday pani nako na buy ang gpu...

try uninstall ang driver bro... then run ka og driver cleaner og cc cleaner... then restart then reinstall driver then restart...

kung same gihapon, reformat gyud imo last resort ana before you can conclude nga hardware issue...

if you have a live CD with portable OS, try it there ug di ba mushakoy ang quality niya sa graphics...kay ug di man galing shakoy ang labas, malamang you need to reinstall your OS

Most probably, dli na hardware pero try daw sulod sa safe mode and observe. . Kung ingana gihapon, mada pa siguro ug ampo na bai.. Hehe.. Jk..

update your driver using windows update...
.. if wala didto imung driver...
i check ang exact model sa imu vid card using CPU-Z..
if same gani japon.. try to remove ur vid card... then use the onboard... open sample window explorer.. check sa dots... if wala ... ohhh vid card nah.. update driver anah..

Tried to downlad the latest driver sir sa ila site, mao gihapon naa mga dots... Wala may onboard akong board sir, msi x58 pro e akong mobo... Actually sir g-try nako og taud sa pc sa akong amigo, ang duha gyud ka pc ingon ato ang effects... So murag gpu gyud sigoro ang daut ani sir?? Ma ilisan pa bah kaha ni, last thursday para ba ni nako na buy wala pay 1 week...
