what i love about Cebu is the combination of a rustic and progressive feel all in one city, the FOOD, the vibrant people and culture. what makes Cebu "sayang" despite new developments, establishments and infrastructures sprouting everwhere nowadays is that we are not able to address the most basic problems that makes a city undesribale to live in- poor urban planning, increasing crime rate but no police visibility, small roads nga lubak2x pa gyud, increasing number of flood-prone areas, and undisciplined PUJ drivers! i feel remorseful at the thought that so many are investing in Cebu but the government is not giving back. so many sky rise buildings but bati gihapon ang dalan.
