Advice on Pimple / Acne Treatment

i had bacne before. i had it for a couple of years. na ayo ra jd sya pag adto nako ni Dr.Verallo. i had three oitments ug kato tambal na tag 100petots ang usa, inom nako for 2 weeks . after a month, nawala ang bacne, i stopped taking the tambal nya kato nalang oitments. that was last year though, wala naman mo balik ang bacne :mrgreen:

mao bah...aha pud na maadtuan imoha doctor mam?....ako ginagamit man kay glycolic soap...so far nihupdaw ako back acne..dli na kaayo manubo...even if hapit nako dug-on kay b4 kung dug-on nako manlumba ug panubo...pro so far prag naangay ako likod aning glycolic..tag-60php ra cya...

Dr. Verallo's clinic is located sa likod sa Chong Hua hospital. kana ila Medical Center ba na? nya naa sya 2nd floor. nindot kaayo ang oitment iya hatag nimu coz its his own formula, so adto ra gyud ka niya makapalit. mamatay gyud ang mga acne sa back.

wrong diagnosis d i ako. allergic reaction to dirt. mura gyud bugas but dili d i gyud. tsk tsk tsk....

akong luyo used to hurt me.. pero na kitan man nako ang source which is bad posture.. mao na si sit ko ug tarong na ok ra man ko.. i used to think na gikan toh sa gym..

find the source or root sa imong pain para kahibaw kaunsa buhaotn para ma ayo..

Hello everyone! I just want to ask if anyone has tried using oral contraceptives or pills as acne/pimple treatment

I have tried using Diane 35 pill for 3 months and it was okay. I noticed my skin to lighten a bit and had no more pimple breakouts but unfortunately i also started to gain weight so I stopped using this. After a few months, I am now again having breakouts!!! I am planning to go back to Diane... but maybe some of you guys have tried other brands that might be just as effective in acne treatment but minimal or no weight gain effect...

I am not interested in creams (ex: benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, etc) this is not effective for me. So far, ang Diane jud nakawagtang sa ako pimples.

i also used diane35 and it really works. on my first month of using it i gained 3 kilos because i took it during day time and i craved for sweets so what i did is take it at night time before going to bed to prohibit me from eating a lot and it works for me. i maintained my weight now. no more weight gain plus gluta iv also works miracle together with diane because it lightens my acne scars and dark spot. quite a good combination.

Diane 35 is effective jud however, dle man perme mag cge ta pills uy hadlok kos side effect. Ni stop ko kay aside frm tambok mura manko maka feel ug depression.
Gluta is good mao nalang ako gamit pero na ghapon breakouts.

try glutathione caps. 250 mg twice daily or 500 mg once daily. effective gyud na siya without the weight gain side effect.
