Hi guys! I'll cut the chase to address my concern.

Starmobile Astra gamit nako karon. Na lockout akong cp kay mali ang pattern. Too many attempts na man. Aminado jud ko na nakalimot ko so didto na ko sa forgot pattern. Need man i-enter ang email add and password pero invalid ra japon pirmi. Need ba ni og internet connection kay la man ni xa naka connect sa internet pag lockout niya. Unsaon man ni nako? Please tambagi ko. Thanks.

ito rin po problema ko just today...
hard reset po talaga gagawin dito..ma-delete nga lang mga programs na nainstall mo na sa phone mo..ito po ginawa ko..
ISSUE: too many pattern attempts, unable to log in to google account
model: STARMOBILE ASTRA
1. turn off your phone and remove your sim card/s and microSD card
2. press and hold VOLUME UP
3.. press the POWER BUTTON briefly until a warning image appears (android image and an exclamation)
4. release the volume up button
5. press the HOME key
6. press volume down to select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
7. select the options button (lower left beside the home key)
8. confirm factory reset by selecting Yes
9. press the options button (lower left beside the home key)
10. once the factory reset is complete, select REBOOT and press the options button after.
