I think the best is green tea... because it have a lot of benefits and the important benefit is you don't get addicted to that because it don't have caffeine.. but it reduce the risks of many diseases from human body like Cancer, heart disease, arthritis, obesity and many others like this. and it also helps to weight loss.

moderation and variation. Don't chose one over the other. Some days I like to drink coffee and on other days I drink tea. better to drink both just not at the same time.
