    bisan asa ta sa kalibutan nipalit ug gadget, ayaw jud kalimti bitbit apil ang resibo, mao ra jud nay sumpay kinabuhi sa imo laptop.... like sa ako kauban nga OFW nadaut ang internal GPU, gidawat sa service center diha Cebu ug gipapaabot lang siya nga mahukuman sa ASUS manila ug ang verdict giilisan na lang siyag bag-o nga unit same model pero taas nag spec ang vcard....

    @ wood pusher, gamay ra man ang error na gifix sa Removal Tool kay limited ang trial version.. nya with regards sa antispyware... nice ky daghan cya ug na scanned na viruses.. so far.. ok pa ug wala na nibalik ang problem it's been a day pa hinuon... wait ko for the coming days to see kung mao ba ghapon...

    hi bro!!

    what brand?
    Model?
    is it under warranty?

    i experienced the same problem, and the solution what i have did is... removing the keyboard connector film from the MOBO.. did some brush2x on the MOBO's keyboard slot. use pencil eraser on the keyboard film on the copper side. reinsert again the keyboard to the MOBO... make sure that it is tight and observe it first, dont lock the screws/snap yet...
    as far as i encountered... this method works only have success rate of 60%

    dont do this if ur not sure what u are doing.. or pina rash2x... u may add ur lappy problem.

    wala nani warranty ky way receipt but it has international warranty hinuon..

    yes... ok na... gidala nako sa Dell service center igo ra gi diagnostic sa BIOS nya gitangtang ang keyboard, gitaktak unya pagbalik.. yes.. ok na.. wala na cge ug type ang letter q.... basin abog ra jud to... thanks sa taga Dell SM branch.. the best ang service..
