    hi good day! nakakuha pud mi sa block 2, ga.expect pud ko at first na dako ang space sa back k excess mi ug more than 20 sq m....ang turn.over sa amo unit s this coming summer.....gkulbaan ko sa ako nabasa dri k naa raba koy problem pud na g.raise sa ilaha so far ubay2,,,...ang back sa part sa among unit s wala pa nabuldos....i wander f matrabaho na before mi maka move in........i just hope that it will not turn out just like the previous hinaings.....

    we have also a unit on block 2.....its true na mura ga.atras ang mga house....at the same time nakasabot rapud ko sa developer k kana na part dha solid rock...then mura galisod sila ug buldos sa luyo ...always ko visit sa site k follow up nako always ang unit...mura they do some adjustments on the front area nalang....ang among unit maoy pinakaproblema sa ana na block so far as per visit...gcheck nako tanan then mas maau f adto mo sa unit, bring a camera and picture every defects u encounter...because that will be very useful in the future...mao na ako gbuhat...k f derecho ka office reklamo wala ka evidence talking lang always,useless ra japun.....then to those who have units there....from the time na build na ang unit, visit always para f naa problem masolve daun....Godbless!

    grand terrace is now ready for occupancy unit..they open another phase for pre selling because the phase 1 and 2 are sold out.

    Problem lang is ang garbage disposal ug ang dalan kay gamay kaau mag lisod kay la parking area...

    lapad man ang dalan bai compared sa uban low cost housing... fronting our house is a 10m road... pero ang uban roads kay 6m nalang pero naa man lawn gamay ang each unit so pwedi ra gihapon maka-park ang mga sakyanan...

    mas mayo kay dako na diay dha inyoha nga dalan bro...gamay sad kau ang garage bro ideal for petit cars sad...but yes mas mayo ang grand terrace compare sa uban nga low cost housing...kitakits lng ta unya dha bro...
