We have a half-breed dog (chow-siberian). Her name is Chowsky.

8 months pa siya, everytime we have our afternoon walk. gukdon siya sa dog sa among silingan and mo patong. ako i dagan akong iro, kay baby pa para nako . basin di nya kahibalo kung unsaon iyang puppy kung mabuntis siya.

pila man jud sakto nga age para ipa breed siya? unsa man ang angay nga dog ipa breed niya(chow or siberian)?

6 mos pa siya ani nga pic. bati pagkakuha ang pic tungod naay cage. lisod na man gud siya kuha-an ug pic ron kay ki-at.

you'll know jud kung magheat na kay naay blood and it would last for more than 10days! kanang mga iro nga ganahan mupatong, gi-biga lang jud na sila.. even if wala pa ga-heat imo dog. mas labaw na ug kabiga kung magheat na jud.. hehehe..

it's not advisable to breed your dog on her first heat.. wait for the second daw. coz it's right na basin dili pa sya "responsible" enough if mabuntis na sya on her first heat.

as to kung unsay mas maayo iparis, no idea.. hehehe..

thanks for your informative replies really appreciate it. basing on the heat cycle article, it would be advisable to wait for the second heat. nakabantay ang mga kids just recently, around 2 weeks ago nga naay blood. mao na diay na ang sign, nag heat na diay to siya. 2nd heat will be around 6 months from now, more or less.

yup the x ray is available already and i nknow of one that has an ultrasound as well.

any suggestions on the breed of the dog nga pwede nako ipa breed sa iya?

chow? siberian? or other breed (unsa kaha gawas ani no?)?

tungod kay mix breed na siya. there's no point in choosing which breed ang mas maau. ang imong e consider nalang ang batasan sa usa ka dog ang aesthetics. kun imo nang e pa stud og husky, basin mas mo talinis ang snout. if chow, murang much fluffier siguro ang hair..

about kung when e breed, kanang mga de papeles na dogs, they are advised to breed on their 2nd cycle jud. so meaning mga 1 year old approx.

libog ko kung chow or stud, kung unsa kaha itsura inig gawas. kay kung lain nga breed mas mo samot na nga way klaro iyag hitsura...ha haha...
